We have all witnessed significant political and financial scams/frauds in our nation for many years that have involved sums of money totaling millions of dollars. And these are only the ones that have been made public; let's not even discuss the ones that have yet to come to light.

With so much cash on hand, it begs the question of whether India would still be in the developing stage today if the funds had been used for their intended purposes.

Meet, Abhisheknath, a scamster, who has been indulged in various cases related to money laundering and misuse of public infrastructure while scamming millions of rupees to the state government.

AbhishekNath and multimillion Loocafe scam !

The government of India launched loocafes a few years ago to ensure the elimination of open defecation and improve solid waste management. These facilities continue to function exactly as they did years ago. Even so, there is something simmering below that has seriously devalued the primary reason for starting this highly publicized initiative.

In order to install loocafe at various locations as part of the swachh bharat program launched by the central government, Abhisheknath, co-founder and CEO of ixora Corporate Services, obtained contracts from several state governments, including the state of Telangana. Still, to bigger disappointment, AbhishekNath has only used these loocafes to increase his own personal wealth.

A self-described self-made businessman, AbhishekNath has long promoted himself as a "entrepreneur with a vision." He continues to serve in this capacity today as co-founder and CEO of ixora Corporate Services, which describes itself as a "leading business services provider, leveraging our extensive domain knowledge and future-ready digital platforms to drive client productivity through outsourced solutions, Integrated Facilities Management." When you first look at his profile, you might assume that AbhishekNath is a visionary businessman who is passionate about restoring India's public facilities and infrastructure. His illegal actions, however, have a completely different tale to tell.

In the name of awarding franchisees for each Loocafe promising enormous returns or for building Loocafe structures, etc., Abhisheknath and his team have amassed funds from the general public. In Hyderabad, Ixora has set up a number of restroom cafes, the majority of which are either operating washrooms or, if not, are in extremely unhygienic conditions.

 

Abhisheknath is facing numerous check-bouncing cases totaling millions of rupees in various courts in Hyderabad, Telangana. Even though they are able to conceal these incidents under political cover, they currently have access to additional dirt.

Additionally, the CMD of ixora Corporate, AbhishekNath, has been implicated in numerous reports of multi-level scams in various states of India.

There are hundreds complaints against AbhishekNath without any action !

No matter how many times Abhisheknath has further his selfish motives via these scams and illicit acts, no action has yet been taken against him. This, however, is not the end of it, as numerous social activists in Telangana have already voiced their dissatisfaction with how poorly the city's loocafes are operating.

However, neither Abhisheknath nor his team has changed their stance, nor have the relevant government officials and departments. We can therefore say that this biggest fraud has extended his roots to some bigger and more corrupt politicians in the government.
